Printmakers-in-Residence
Residency programmes have become a vital and successful part of the workshop's
activities. Printmakers/artists with international reputations have applied
to the Workshop from many parts of the world. We have been lucky in that
these printmakers/artists, with their different personalities and working
methods, have each brought something positive that has benefited members
as well as adding to the wider artistic activities in the local community.
Their particular skills and diversity of ideas and cultural differences
have sharpened the thoughts of other artists using the workshop and set
a standard that others might aspire to.
